Our community is open during business hours. No appointments are required to tour the community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office for assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees.

We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2.5 the rent, and a background and credit check.

Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening

The standard security deposit is $500, but this may vary based on credit and rental history. Additional deposits may apply for pets or other special circumstances.

Our admin fee is $150.00

While we love animals, our community does not allow pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period till the 6th of the month before late fees are assessed.

Rent can be paid online through our resident portal, by check, or through automatic withdrawal.

Residents are responsible for water/sewer and electric

We offer 6, 9, and 12 month leases

We require a 20 days notice and 1 month lease breaking fee

Yes, we have assigned parking

No pets

There are no laundry facilities because our homes come with washer and dryer in the home.

While we don’t currently offer a fitness center or pool, our community focuses on providing a quiet, well-maintained environment that residents love to call home.

You can submit requests through the resident portal or by calling the leasing office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours.
